God Right On Time

My elderly mother took a long train ride alone into Virginia and then Boston. She got stuck in Boston. We prayed that a Christian couple would bring her back with them to New Jersey but the couple did not do so. I prayed that my mother would get home safely on the train and not be harmed in any of those crime areas that the train stops. I prayed that God would keep her healthy and show her favor. I was five minutes late arriving at the train station. I took a short cut and amazingly there was no traffic. The street I drove down took me right to my mother as she had just gotten off the train and was waiting. She said "Perfect Timing". Yes, God is Always On Time Even When He Appears To Tarry (Delay) (Habakkuk 2:3).

Trust In The Lord, He Is Faithful!

Thank you for your prayers.....As you know, I was in need of money to pay my electric and gas bill. I had less than one week to pay them or they would cut the services off. I was also 3 months behind on my car payment. I had no money to pay any of these bills but was expecting $155.00 for a job I just completed. The company told me I wouldn't get my paycheck until much later and I needed to pay my electric bill within 3 days or it would be disconnected and my gas bill 3 days after that to avoid disconnection for both. My son is disabled and receives very little money from SSI but the Lord told me to test Him and be faithful with a tithe offering. I NEVER had sent in tithes. I sent in $20.00 to a church and in a couple of days the company that was to pay me called me and told me they had my paycheck even though they had told me earlier I couldn't get it 'til another week. I said great, and I thought to myself, I'll be able to pay that electric bill by the deadline and this is JESUS making a way. So i went to pick it up and much to my surprise instead of the $155 dollars I had earned, the check was for $280..THANK YOU JESUS! So, I paid my electric and gas bill by the deadline!

So when Jesus gave me that $280, He told me to send in another tithe of $20.00 which I did. But I still didn't have enough money for my car payments. But two days after I sent in my second $20.00 tithe, I checked the child support website (I haven't been receiving child support for over a year now) and the Lord had gave me $200.00 which I was able to use to pay 1 month car payment so I am just behind one month and this month! Praise JESUS!! The Lord is faithful, and He told me to test him like He said in Malachi and He has poured out blessings for me and has met my needs. I know now paying tithes is so important because it shows God we trust Him with our finances as well and that He will meet our needs. I only expect for my financial status to just keep getting better and better and I also know He will heal my son who is autistic and tormented in his mind. Oh I forgot, the Lord gave me another job even though it won't start for a while and I just applied for another one. I just might get that one, too, if Jesus wants me to have it! Thank you JESUS!!

Praise and thanks

It's not just a walk but a daily walk with Him. I wrote earlier about two marriages, two divorces, cancer attacked me and was deceived by a minister boyfriend.

Give thanks in all circumstances,(1 Thessalonians 5:18) because He is there with you to get you through it.

I want to thank my Mentors here on "Girlfriends in Christ Ministries", for me it is to Tracie, Faye and Sandy. They actually took their time seeking the Holy Spirit's guidance, days before they ministered to me. They experience the wisdom from above in His word and will and in truth in Him. Thank you girls again. You have been a blessing for me to reach out to.

Some verses of scriptures I want to share is what God is offering us today. To walk with Him "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all this will be added unto you" (Matthew 6:33. He sent His Word to us in the flesh (John 1:14. We receive eternal life with Him upon believing (John 3:16. We receive the Holy Ghost Acts 2:38) whom teaches us; guides us, comforts us and much more. The word tells us to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God" (2 Timothy 2:15). Renewing my mind in Christ Jesus (Romans 12:2). To get His word in the midst of our hearts, for they are life unto those that find them and health unto all thy flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22). He says, "For without me, ye can do nothing" (John 15:5) meaning He can get us through ALL our trials and storms, we're always the winners in Him. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you (James 4:8). Come into the gate with thanksgiving in your heart and into His courts with praise (Psalm 100:4). Keep this Book fo the Law always ON YOUR LIPS, meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do EVERYTHING written in it. THEN you will be prosperous and then thou shalt have success (Joshua 1:18).

Jesus gave His life for us, can we not give our lives to Him?

In closing...If you haven't done a good job running your own life, why not turn it over to the one whom created you? If you start having trouble with an automobile, you take it back to the people who manufactured it to fix it. Take your life to God, your creator and have Him fix it. It is just a daily walk with thee, for the rest of your life...though you can REST in Him... in your storms and trials. Do all you can do in His way and He will do the rest. God bless you all. He is the reason for the season!

Adore Him

As I think about God and all His wonderful blessing, I can’t help but adore Him and praise Him for being Lord over my life. For accepting me for who I am and giving me the tools to want to change into who He wants me to be, praising Him is not just something I just do but it’s my lifestyle.

I love Him for His glory and His goodness, for His undying love, His unspeakable joy, His wisdom and knowledge and His grace and mercy He has over me. I thank Him for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the love He has for me and the love I have for Him, and giving me the opportunity to be able to show and explain to others how great He is and how blessed I am to know Him and the power of His resurrection.

Being washed in the blood of Jesus and set free from sin and shame, to strive to walk according to His will and to His way, allowing Him to have free range over my life, this is why I adore Him. Oh come, come let us adore Him, bow down before Him, giving Him all the praise and the glory.

Reading the Bible Studies

I don't read the Bible studies often, but, when I do I feel lead like, "Don't skip that". I read it, and it's a wonderful confirmation of a job well done. By Me of all people. I think "Wow, God, thank you for your encouragement." I also remember to pray the great prayers that are in there too, even if I think "Yay, I hit the mark." I think "Yep, better pray for all the times I missed, and for people who are close to me."

Praise God for Taking Care of This Family

I want to praise the Lord because I thought that I hadn't gotten approved for my kids insurance & then I found out the mailman had misplaced my letter & now I have insurance for all 3 of my kids. I'm so thankful to the Lord for this! I praise the Lord because He has heard my cry!

Glory to Our Father thank you for complete healing. The tube came out from abcess area after surgery on July 23, 2009. To praise, give glory and honor forever and for all answered prayers. God is Good!

I praise the Lord because He heard my cry. He has blessed me so much and I can't explain all the wonderful things He has done for me and my family. We are richly blessed even though the economy is bad. We are blessed more now than 5 years ago! I love the Lord!!

He took me back yet again....

I praise our LORD for being the forgiving loving God that desires a relationship with his children. No matter how far those children roam away from his desire for their lives. I won't go into all of the details but I will say that I have been a Christian for many years and I have walked closely with the LORD according to his will for my life. As of recent I would say about the last year and a half I have been living my life according to the world and my own selfish desires not giving GOD a passing thought. I was so outside of his will that that spirit of convictions was so quinched I could barely even feel it. I am so greatful that GOD is a GOD of second, third, even fourth chances. He tells us that he will never leave us or forsake us. I have experienced this first hand. Not only has he forgiven me but once I repented and turned from the ways of the world and began to seek him whole heartedly and search for his will for my life I found him. He has restored my prayer life and has begun to reveal things to me in scripture that I have always longed to happen. I have always heard that we go the valleys so that he can grow us and mature us spiritually and I can now say that PRAISE THE LORD I have survived the valley and I am now on my way back up the Mountain. And I know that it is only by his love, grace and mercy that I am here.
